County Executive’s Ball to Raise Over $1 Million
2,000 People Expected to Attend Annual Event

In a strong showing of community support for Monroe County Executive Maggie Brooks, the 2011 County Executive’s Ball will surpass $1 million in donations. The annual event, which will be held tonight, is expected to draw over 2,000 attendees.

"I am honored again this year to have strong financial support despite the challenging economic times we have all been facing," Brooks said. "This consistent level of support helps me honor the commitment to our taxpayers; flat property taxes, emphasis on job creation and job retention."

The Annual Ball will be held at the Riverside Convention Center in Downtown Rochester.
