Statement from Chairman Bill Reilich: Reilich Calls for Legislator Lightfoot's Resignation Following Arrest
“According to the police report, Legislator Lightfoot allegedly tried to push officers away from a suspect they were attempting to question. This type of behavior is unacceptable and it potentially put law enforcement officers at risk. Frankly, it is unfitting of an elected official and I believe Willie Lightfoot should resign.”
